Polo / Bike Polo - Karting - Clay Shooting

 

20th to 23rd September 2018

 

 

 

 

With the support of Oxford Polo  and Thames Vallry Air Ambulance, Kirtlington Park Polo Club is pleased to announce a new end of season event. The Oxofrd Polo Triatlon Cup is open to all even non riders as you can simply swap your horse for a bicycle.

21st & 23rd st – 2 days only 0-4 goal .

22nd - 1330 Arrival at Whilton Mill NN11 2NH

1400 Shooting Competition Begins

1600 Karting Team Endurance Race

1730 Supper                        *Times can be altered slightly

23rd     2.00pm Oxford polo triathalon Cup Polo Finals

            4.00pm Bike charity polo  (OFD supplying pizzas and clubhouse open )

            7.00pm Grand Final Prize Giving along with end of season polo awards drinks reception.

            8.00pm FINAL BELL end of season party with dj – in the marquee/clubhouse

 

 

Entries will be in Teams of 4 Participants

Entry to Full Polo Triathlon & Meal = £900

Entry to Polo Only = £560  (2 days max Friday and Sunday)

Entry to Karting, Clays, Bike Polo & Meal = £420 per team.

Food Only (Sat) = £15 per head

 

 

Rules & Regs

Max 12 teams for polo triathlon

Bike Polo – teams of 4  knock out competition.

 

Karting - Teams will race in a 2 hour endurance race on the Mill Circuit. Teams will aim to complete as many laps as possible whilst having a minimum of 7 driver changes. Each driver will have a 5 minute practice before the race. Starting grid positions will be drawn from a hat.

 

Clay Shooting – Individuals from each team will have 10 shots at 4 different sporting targets- 40 shots each team members,  a total of  160 per team and a team score will be out of 160. There will be no practise. Each target will have a qualified shooting instructor present for the more novice or beginner shots. Own 12 or 20 gauge guns are allowed to be used but all cartridges will be provided by Whilton Mill.

 

GUN SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT
